Christopher Morales-Williams, a sophomore at Georgia representing Canada, produced the world indoor record by clocking 44.49 seconds in the men's 400-meter final at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. Morales-Williams eclipsed the 44.52 effort established by USC's Michael Norman in 2018 in College Station, Texas. Morales-Williams also split 44.68 on the second leg of Georgia's 4x400-meter relay, which finished fifth overall in 3:07.98. More videos |
